Light Works: Technique

Audrey Murr Copland came to Canada to give a course at Simon Fraser University, which Leeza attended. She is widely traveled and has taught many people how to heal and be healed. Audrey has devoted her skills to helping the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, the world's largest healing organization, to develop healer-training programmes.

She has also developed Guided Meditations for Inner Healing and Spiritual Growth with musical compositions by Mike Rowland and `Angel Music` by Cynthia Rose Young. Audrey truly is a channel of love and has the ability to shine this love and light to the whole world.

Dona Adeleida is an indigenous elder of the Purepecha Mexican culture, more commonly known as Tarascan. Dona Adeleida has carried on Shamanic knowledge as a Healer, Seer and Master from this ancient Mexican tradition.

Some of the healers of her region come from the Tarascan school called Churipacua which translates to 'where the darkness is transformed into light' - a school principally preserved by the Teachings from the female healers of the community.

Dona Adeleida has spent her life dedicated to healing and serving her community and others on a Shamanic spiritual path.

Her Eminence Jetsün Kushok Chimey Luding has spent her life helping others. She has traveled the world bringing both students and interested individuals the words of the Buddha, while embodying the very meaning of those wards in her practice and daily life. Jetsunma considered an emanation of Vajrayogini, started her training at six years old, began teaching at eleven, became a fully empowerd Sakya lineage holder at eighteen. She has spent the rest of her life unselfishly working towards the full realization of her legacy.

She is a leading female teacher of Tibetan Buddhism living in the West. Jetsünma is one of three woman in the history of Tibet to have given the Lamdre ('path and its fruition') teachings, the special system of contemplative and meditative practice of the Sakya order.

Jetsün Chimey Luding is the Resident Spiritual Director of the Sakya Tsechen Thubten Ling Center in Vancouver, Canada.

Monyca Bouras has been a student and practitioner of Shamanism since 1993. She has shared her passion and depth of knowledge of this path with students which has inspired many to study and explore the realm of Shamanism. She has specialized in area of healing, harmonizing and counseling; which has been supported by her studies with masters from different shamanic traditions around the world. Monyca has also studied and worked with Carlos De Leon; with whom she trained in chi kung, psycho-corporal therapy, healing and meditation.

She is a student of the Apache Shaman Morgan Eagle Bear and has combined and deepened her experience with other tools such as muscle therapy from the Organity school created by ma Satya Puja. Monyca has been appointed one of the two qualified instructors to continue this teaching in Mexico.

Monyca has studied, practiced and translated for great masters from important spiritual lineages. Amongst which the most prominent teachers are H.H. Drukchen Rinpoche, Lopon Tenzin Namdak, Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche, Lamatharchin Rinpoche and Ma Satya Puja.

Ana Gonzalas is a truly incredible women full of wisdom, humor, compassion and ingenuity. Ana has been teaching in Mexico and other parts of the world for the last 29 years. Researching, studying, and practicing multidisciplinary paths of healing and spiritual development for growth in consciousness and energy management. Ana is passionate about the discovery and exploration of the many sacred sites around the world that she has had the opportunity of visiting. Ana has travelled to areas of Israel, France, Ireland and Scotland with Dr. Carlos De Leon, these profound magical experiences have brought her to a deeper understanding of the powerful Shamanic work to be done in places of sacred connection to assist the healing of our planet and ourselves.

It's important to note that the teachers mentioned herein are just some of Leeza's influences. Drawing from the best of knowledge and wisdom that life has to offer, can only give the eager student the opportunity to also give the best - through her own technique; developed from all influences.
